How a project runs
You send the plans, photographs or simply the room that is not working. We tell you honestly what the project needs and what it does not.
Layout, zoning and a material direction, argued on paper while changes still cost an afternoon rather than a fortnight.
Ceiling plans, electrical layouts, joinery details and a finishes schedule, so contractors price what is intended.
Coordination through construction, decisions answered as they arise, and styling planned from the start.
Frequently asked
01Which service do I need?
If the layout is part of the problem, it is a design service. If the plan already works and you need direction on materials or one decision, start with a consultation. If you are unsure, ask: it takes one message to find out.
02How are fees structured?
Fixed fee against a written scope in most cases, so the number is known before anything begins. Consultations are charged per session and credited against the design fee if the project goes ahead.
03Can I add scope later?
Yes, and most projects do. Rooms are commonly added once the first ones are resolved. Additional scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
04Do you handle procurement and ordering?
It can be included, or you can order directly from a specified schedule. Some clients prefer to hold their own supplier relationships, and that works perfectly well.
05How soon can you start?
The studio runs a small number of projects at once, so start dates depend on what is already running. You will get a straight answer rather than a placeholder date.
06What if I only want the drawings?
That is a legitimate scope. You receive the full documentation set and take it to your own contractor, with no site coordination from the studio.
