Interiors designed around how you actually live.
Full-service interior design for villas, apartments and workspaces, from first concept through to the last styled surface.
A quieter kind of luxury.
Good interiors are not decorated, they are resolved. Every project starts with how the space is actually used.
The studio works end to end: spatial planning, joinery and lighting design, material selection, custom furniture, and on-site direction through to handover.

Plan before finish
Layout, circulation and daylight are settled before a single material is chosen. Moving a wall on paper is free.
Materials that age well
Stone, timber and metal specified for how they will look in five years, not in the first week after handover.
Detail held on site
Drawings issued before work begins, and the designer present while the rooms are actually built.

The rooms we resolve most often.
Living rooms, entrances and spa spaces, each planned around how the house is actually lived in. Shown here as 3D design concepts.

Interiors resolved room by room.
Yasmina Samir is an independent interior designer with over ten years across residential, showroom and retail work for private clients and international furniture brands.
The studio takes a small number of projects at a time, which keeps the designer on site and the detail under control.

Frequently asked
01Do you take on single rooms, or only whole homes?
Both. Many projects start as one room, most often a living area or a main bedroom, and grow once the approach is clear. If you only need direction on a layout or a palette, a consultation is the cheaper and faster starting point.
02Where do you work?
The studio is based in Cairo, and most projects are in Cairo, New Cairo and elsewhere in Egypt, where on-site work is straightforward. Projects further afield run online from brief to handover, with site visits scheduled around the construction programme.
03How long does a project take?
Design and drawings for a full villa typically run six to ten weeks. Construction usually takes four to eight months depending on scope. A single room without structural work is considerably faster.
04What does the fee cover?
Spatial planning, joinery and lighting design, material and furniture selection, visualisation where it helps, and coordination with contractors through to handover. The scope is agreed in writing before anything starts.
05Do you work with our contractor, or bring your own?
Either. If you already have a team, the studio issues the drawings they need and coordinates with them. If not, we can recommend contractors who are used to working from detailed drawings.
06What do you need from me to start?
Plans if you have them, photographs if you do not, and a sentence about what is not working. That is enough for a useful first conversation.

Have a space in mind?
You do not need drawings, a budget or a finished idea to start a conversation. A room that is not working is enough.
