Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why it collects it, and what happens to it afterwards. Last updated 23 August 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Yasmina’s Interiors, the interior design studio of Yasmina Samir. If you have any question about this policy or about information we hold, contact us through the contact page or on WhatsApp.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you complete the enquiry form we receive the name you enter, the country code and WhatsApp number you provide, an email address if you choose to add one, the project type you select and anything you write in the message field.
Alongside that submission our system records the date and time, the page the form was sent from and the IP address it was sent from. That technical detail exists to filter spam and nothing else.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and, where a project goes ahead, to run that project. The lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the studio.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in this website’s own database on our hosting provider’s servers, and a copy of the notification is sent to the studio by email. Access is limited to the studio.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twenty-four months. Records relating to completed projects are kept for as long as we need them for contractual, tax and professional-record purposes, and then deleted.
Cookies
This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies, for example to keep a form submission working correctly or to keep an administrator signed in. Your browser can block or delete cookies at any time.
Third parties
Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf in order to serve the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms rather than ours.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection regulator and you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to that regulator.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
